Abstract:

Ever since the publication of the first volume of the work entitled Gaza: The Frenzied War of Revenge, A Collection of Policy Papers, the Institute for Palestine Studies has been systematically documenting and analyzing the aftereffects of the war on Gaza and their impact on various aspects of the Palestine Question. The IPS has striven to stay in touch with developments and to present an in depth and analytic narrative, based upon contributions from scholars with lengthy experience in research and documentation, and upon its commitment to provide researchers and other interested individuals with an essential and much needed work of reference.

To that end, the Institute has now prepared a second volume of “Policy Papers” which includes a new collection of specialized papers on diverse topics, divided into ten principal areas: politics, the West Bank, education, social and economic issues, agriculture, prisoners, health, culture, international law, and sports. This new volume includes 56 research papers in addition to a General Introduction which sets forth an account of current events and their many consequences.
