Abstract: 

This study deals with the legal and political history of the Jewish National Fund, and its contributions to the realization of the Zionist project in Palestine before and after the establishment of Israel.

Walter Lehn, a Canadian scholar who taught at the University of Texas and the University of Minnesota, was professor of English Linguistics at Najah University, Nablus, the West Bank.

Dr. Uri Davis, an Anglo-Israeli anthropologist and advocate of Palestinian human rights is a senior Research Fellow at the School of Peace Studies, University of Bradford, England.
