Abstract:
This study, by preeminent Israeli expert on water, looks at water resources in the Middle East and discusses various proposals for water distribution among the states of the region in the context of a regional peace settlement. IPS commissioned Arab water expert Mundhir Haddadin to write an analytic introduction to the study so that the Israeli viewpoint would be accompanied by an Arab viewpoint.
